Peter lived in Seven.
Peter owned a place. This place was a building on the edge of the city; on the edge of B.
This place was once a factory, but the factory closed down. The business went "out of business".
Now, Peter's place was a big empty building on the edge of B. 4
Terry knew Peter. Terry drove a truck on the open highway, and hated to drive in the cities.
Dan knew Peter. Dan hated big trucks, but loved to drive in the city.
One day, Terry met Dan. The next day, Terry and Dan called Peter.
"Peter" they said. "You have a place. We'd like to use it. We have a plan."
Terry and Dan told Peter about their plan.
Peter was pleased. Peter liked their plan. Now, Peter had a place with a purpose.
